Inspect packaging and printing templates pixel based and ultra fast.
Printed packaging materials such as cartons, leaflets, labels or blister foils can be easily and efficiently compared to the approved artwork to find any differences through a simple and effective user interface. ImageCompare recognizes all differences in all languages in text, logos, lines, colors and barcodes. The program reads and translates Braille and can measure the height and quality of embossing. All inspection and approval processes are documented in an FDA-compliant manner using audit trail.
ImageCompare has set a global standard in digital inspection and is an innovation by the packaging expert Ladegast.
Inspection Principle
This is how ImageCompare checks
pixel-accurate printed packaging
ImageCompare checks the accuracy of the printed material and identifies and marks possible differences. The inspection software compares the scanned image of the packaging to be checked with the approved PDF document. Even the slightest deviations are immediately marked in color on the screen and documented in compliance with the FDA.
The PDF reference is opened. The image for inspection is imported.
ImageCompare compares. Deviations are immediately and clearly displayed on the screen by markings. The user evaluates according to applicable SOPs.
The software documents. The report includes all important quality control parameters, FDA compliant (FDA CFR 21 Part 11 / Annex 11).
